Okay, so this wasn’t really an experiment, as this was the
original suggestion that came from “Eat Yourself Sexy”. Chia seed + yogurt =
good.
If you add the seed, stir and eat straight away the seeds
add a little crunch.
On to another nice thing – this morning I got my husband to
poke me in the stomach to feel my muscles. He agreed there is definitely some
definition going on under my pudge.
