What happened to last week?

I didn't see what happened to it.

Zumba - going strong - did the two workouts during the week. Woke up both mornings with no pain!

Did the arms - I'm feeling little muscle mounds in my arms

Walked and walked and walked


The only thing I didn't do was the yoga.  I had too much work to do,,, and too many episodes of the X'Files to watch.  I have my priorities.
